Our Policies

At Ellie Jane Support Services, we believe in transparency, dignity, and choice. This page provides easy access to the key policies that help guide how we deliver your supports.

These documents outline your rights, how we keep your information safe, how to give feedback or make a complaint, and what you can expect from us as your support provider.

We encourage you, your family, and your support network to review these at any time. If you'd prefer a printed copy, an Easy Read version, or help understanding any of these policies, please contact us, we're here to help.
